SOLE RESISTANT TO HEAT BY CONTACT

Safety footwear with heat-resistant outsoles protects feet exposed to very high temperatures. They will not melt nor break on contact exposure to 300 ºC for one minute. The HRO designation identifies this type of heat protection.

200-JOULE RESISTANT TOE CAP

This toe cap has the strength to withstand an impact with 200 joules of energy.

NON-SLIP OUTSOLE

The sole components provide outstanding insulation and protection that help the footwear to grip slippery surfaces such as wet or frozen terrain and paving. Designed and created specifically for the occupational safety of people who are exposed to slipping and tripping hazards.

ANTISTATIC FOOTWEAR

Our product’s antistatic fabric prevents electrostatic build-up and provides protection in the event of accidental electrical contact. This type of protection converts our footwear into extremely strong, safe anti-static shoes ideal for jobs where the operator is in close proximity to high-voltage facilities. This workwear helps to prevent injuries associated with the often-unpredictable behaviour of electrostatic discharges.

ENERGY ABSORPTION

The sole must be totally closed at the rear part of the shoe to enable the heel to absorb energy and, at the same time, provide a flexible surface for the footstrike. Having a safe and fully-ergonomic strike point enhances the worker’s comfort and amenity.

ANTI-PERFORATION MIDSOLE

This safety midsole is a highly resistant and protective product designed to prevent perforation of the worker's footwear. It is an ergonomic model that provides excellent flexibility and lightness on the foot and, due to its breathability, also disperses perspiration. It passes the most demanding tests such as pressure from nails, broken glass and other sharp objects, which is why the anti-perforation midsole is the ideal complement for work footwear.

ABRASION-RESISTANT OUTSOLE

This type of sole provides the greatest resistance to friction against a surface. Abrasion resistance enables the outsole to maintain its appearance when rubbed against another object. That is why it is so durable and provides work footwear with excellent protection for the foot.

WATER-REPELLENT TREATMENT

The water-repellent treatment provides J'hayber Works products with great performance in humid environments due to the fact that they are subjected to a waterproofing process. That is why they are fully protected against cracking or softening of the fabric even when continuously exposed to liquids. This water-repellent treatment makes both the footwear and the textiles in which it is used into the strongest and most protective safety workwear on the market.

CLIMATHERM

Microfibre comprised of multiple hollow microfilaments that act as thermo-regulators to keep body temperature within the comfort zone. It allows the body to perspire, absorbs and evaporates perspiration and conducts it to the outside. Antibacterial, antiallergic and odourless.

THERMOLITE

Thermolite© technology provides warmth and comfort without weight. Excellent moisture management. Hollow-core fibre technology provides warmth and comfort with minimum weight. Wicks moisture away from the skin 40% faster than the best thermal fabric. Resistant to mould and unpleasant odours.

SOJA / SOYA

Organic socks made from soy protein fibres, bamboo and organic cotton. This endows it with antimicrobial properties that improve breathability

COTTON

Made of top-quality cotton. The cotton is subjected to an additional carding process that leaves only the long fibres. The result is enhanced strength and smoothness of the yarn. It is cool, soft and ideal for hot climates

COOLMAX FABRICS

Favours rapid diffusion of perspiration. Composed of special fibres, it improves breathability and prevents energy waste by conducting moisture to the outside. Thus it helps keep the body dry, enhancing comfort and convenience under all circumstances.
